Time to start posting again!
I decided I need to make smaller goals.
So, here are my goals this week:
Run 4 days
Strength train 2 days
Crunches every night
So, I will report back at the end of the week and let you know how I do....

my latest
Don't worry Lynn. Last week I ate a ton of red velvet cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory...which I heard was about 1300 calories a slice. This week however I have turned over a new leaf...I have worked out everyday so far, and eaten pretty good. I even made cookies and didn't binge on them. Let's totally work out when I am down there. We should do a TRX bootcamp. We'll have 3 of them, and I'll bring my DVDs. :)

I have totally fallen off the deep end ha! I ate two pieces of cheese cake yesterday. It was left over from Dev's b-day. I enjoyed it :) But tonight I am making some healthy homemade minestrone soup. I need to exercise though. Erin lets run at night while you are here. I am super slow, but I want to run :) I need to go get some new running shoes from road runner too. After the mud run, my shoes are completely ruined. The mud run was a blast by the way! Loved it!

Heather, how are you doing?
I have been off and on...I didn't get to run this morning, but I did do the TRX, which totally kicked my butt. I will try to run tonight, but I know it will be tricky with FHE and dinner and kids and all. I seriously need to be more consistent. Yesterday we went over to some friends' house for dinner with a bunch of other people and I ate a bunch of crap (and surprisingly never really felt full...I don't think that's a good thing), but today I had a banana and a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a sugar cookie and a few pretzels at the park, and 1/2 a pb&j sandwich for lunch. It's one of those days that I eat what the kids do.
Anyway, I am going to try really hard to remember to write a post everyday...I really think it will motivate me.

Running
Erin- you would be proud of me! I ran about 4 miles yesterday and walked 1. I ran Lake Mira Mar with two friends who are much better runners than I. I haven't ran since before I had Charlie and was expecting to only run 1 mile, if that. But my friend kept pushing me along. Oh, it felt good and man am I sore!!
I am still eating super good. I didn't meet my goal. I did loose one more pound. I am going to keep my goal and plan on breaking 140 in this next week. I hope to swim Monday night at the gym and keep doing my workout video.

Back to the Grind!
Alright, well now that my ear infection is finally gone!! woo wh00!! I am back on top of my game. I started my Jillian Micheal's 30 day program all over. I started two days ago. So...day three and going strong. I had a salad for lunch and two yogurts earlier. I did my work out for the day, the DVD, but still would like to run later.
I need help getting my elliptical up in my bedroom though, I think I would use it more up there. It would be staring at me while I sleep :)
My goal for the week is to break 140! I am 142... I think I can do that my Sunday. Wish me luck!

It's a new week!
I decided that I need to write what I am doing everyday. If I don't, I totally slack off. So....this morning I ran a little over three miles, and ate a couple bowls of cereal and a banana. For lunch I had a little bit of this really fattening dip called "
Cincinnati chili" that our friends from from Cincinnati brought us with chips, and then to make myself feel better about it I ate a big salad with romaine lettuce and tomatoes. I guess we are going to go out to dinner with some friends tonight, so I will try to choose healthy. Then after that I am getting together with my friend to do the TRX.
