I decided that I need to write what I am doing everyday. If I don't, I totally slack off. So....this morning I ran a little over three miles, and ate a couple bowls of cereal and a banana. For lunch I had a little bit of this really fattening dip called "
Cincinnati chili" that our friends from from Cincinnati brought us with chips, and then to make myself feel better about it I ate a big salad with romaine lettuce and tomatoes. I guess we are going to go out to dinner with some friends tonight, so I will try to choose healthy. Then after that I am getting together with my friend to do the TRX.
Heather...you had a cyst in your leg? I had no idea. I am so sorry. How did you know? I am glad your feeling better though!!!

I'm A Slacker- With an Excuse
Sorry guys. I had this cist taken out of my leg 2 weeks ago today, and I am a big baby. I felt all wounded so I had to eat comfort food. I also couldn't exercise as I had 4 stiches- the doctor told me not to exercise on it and besides it hurt! The stiches are out now, so I am going to get back to business. I'll still have to take it easy on execising as I don't want it to pop back open without the stiches, but I don't have any more excuses to eat bad.
So here's to me, getting back on track.
