Hey everyone. How are your programs going? Yesterday I ran 4 miles, going 2 min. hard, 2 min. easy, repeated. It felt good, although I probably could have pushed it a little more. My biggest success was eating cheerios late at night instead of the pound cake that was calling my name.
Tonight I am going to do TRX with my friend. I didn't get to run today, although I did take Copper for a 1 mile walk, and then planted a bunch of plants.
So far I have only run once this week...not great. If I run Thursday, Friday, and Sat. I will at least get my 4 days in. I better do it!

My bod
I took my good bye picture on Wednesday night, lets just say SICK! I got Dev to take one too. He is also eating super healthy with me, which helps a ton. And I took my measurements.
We don't all have to post these, I just want to because I know it will motivate me.
Oh and I LOST 3pounds! Since last Monday!! 146 to 143
Waist - 30
Bust - 38
Arm - 12 1/2
Hip - 35
Butt- 39 1/2 dang! that's a big booty :)
I did my thigh too but I think its wrong, I gotta check it later. I pretty much want it all smaller. :) Wish me luck!
Dev has lost 7 lbs since Monday... Go Dev!

Monday
Alrighty, So after Wednesday I pretty much quite exercising because I got a crazy ear infection. I didn't deal with it Thursday because I wasn't sure what was going on. I have never had an ear infection before. But, I was in incredible pain. I finally went to the doctor on Friday and got on antibiotics and they gave me vicodin. I could hardly move before they gave me the vicodin, but after it I was a complete mess. I couldn't keep any food down and I itched all over my body...guess I should never take that again. Anyway, from Thrusday till Sunday I didn't really move or eat... And Sunday I ate whatever because I was just glad to eat something :) And it was mothers day ha
Back to the grind today!
So far I have had
Kashi cereal and one egg
Burrito- with shredded beef, lettuce, and a tiny bit of refride beans on a whole wheat tortilla.
I am about to have an apple and peanut butter. For dinner I think we are making homemade California rolls minus the mayo.
I need to drink water though! I am always bad at that. And I plan to got buy some 2 and 5 lbs weights tonight then do my Jillian Micheal's dvd and then get on the elliptical. I just need to actually do it now. :)
