My latest

Hey everyone. How are your programs going? Yesterday I ran 4 miles, going 2 min. hard, 2 min. easy, repeated. It felt good, although I probably could have pushed it a little more. My biggest success was eating cheerios late at night instead of the pound cake that was calling my name.

Tonight I am going to do TRX with my friend. I didn't get to run today, although I did take Copper for a 1 mile walk, and then planted a bunch of plants.

So far I have only run once this week...not great. If I run Thursday, Friday, and Sat. I will at least get my 4 days in. I better do it!
